Annie’s Butterfly & Moth painting series

Annie has done a beautiful little set of nine paintings on 4-inch square wood panels. Drawing collage and acrylic, with meticulous gold leafing on each—wowzers—Annie’s work continually amazes me.

They’re part of our art show up at Bob Jones University currently, so if you’re in the area, stop by the Sargent Art Building to see the show. Last time I checked, five of them are already sold… so if you’re interested in purchasing one ($75 each), let us know.

This is one of the few designs up for voting at Design By Humans that I’m reeeeally wanting. Yes, it’s crazy, it’s strange, it’s cryptic, it’s almost non-sensical . . . BUT I LOVE IT AND I DON’T KNOW WHY . . . . . . . . . . .
